Q: How do I register my child for a class?

A: Registrations must be done online on this website. If you wish to pay by check, you must still complete the registration online. No credit card will be required, but you must mail your check for the complete registration amount within 5 business days to complete your reservation.


Q: How do I decide which level is right for my child?

A: Level 1, while it is our beginning program, is not for beginner skaters. One year of skating experience is required. Advancement to Level 2 and Level 3 requires experience in the previous levels, and will be at the discretion of the instructor. The instructor will discuss advancement with the child's guardian or parent.


Q: How do I pay for the program?

A: Paying by credit card through this website is the preferred payment method. If you wish, we do offer payment by check, however you must still register online. Your check must be mailed within 5 business days of your online registration to confirm your reservation.

We offer split payment plans on some programs if paying by credit card. The first payment will be processed immediately, while subsequent payments will occur at one month intervals.

There will be a $35 fee for returned checks.


Q: What do I do if my child cannot make a session?

A: If your child cannot attend a scheduled session, we ask that you contact the instructor as early as possible.


Q: If my child misses a session, can it be made up?

A: A maximum of three missed sessions can be made up at future sessions.


Q: If my child misses a session, can I get a refund?

A: No, refunds are given only for cancellations or injury.


Q: What can I do if a class is full but I want to sign my child up?

A: Depending on capacity exceptions may be made. Please contact the instructor for more information.


Q: How do I get in contact with a class instructor?

A: You can find the instructors' phone numbers and email addresses on the Registration page of this website.


Q: Are girls able to join the boys program?

A: Girls who have demonstrated exceptional skills and skating experience may join the boys program with the instructor's approval. Please contact the instructor to discuss this option.
